Refund policy

We want you to love your candle holders as much as we do.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the product, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right.

As each item is handmade and made to order, we unfortunately can’t accept change-of-mind returns.
